National City Honors Frye
K. D. Frye, TF&PA, San Diego, has received a plaque of appreciation from the City of National City for his excellent work in compiling the Transportation, Freight Rates, and Storage Section in connection with Economic Resources of National City. This book was compiled and published by the City Planning Committee of the National City Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the California Economic Development Agency. This is the first such book compiled by any California city.
